Peter's writing is often accompanied by his drawing. He was commissioned by The School Magazine to create the serialised graphic novels TRILLER (2016), HIGH SEAS (2010) and ALIEN ENCOUNTERS (2011). He produced about a thousand cartoons to accompany Jackie French's text to the FAIR DINKUM HISTORIES series published by Scholastic. His shipwreck stories of the PANDORA and SYDNEY COVE were performed at the Australian National Maritime Museum in 1997 and he has worked as coauthor and illustrator with the Department of Community Services, the NSW Police and the Roads and Traffic Authority designing community service campaigns.
